Hours & Rates

Integrated Mac Solutions (IMS) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer standard hourly rates, as well as non-business hours and emergency services to meet our clients’ needs. Though we do not post prices online, our rates are very competitive — some of the best you will find in San Diego County. Give us a call and we will be happy to discuss them with you.

Normal Business Hours:

Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, excluding the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.


Service Area:
Our service area includes onsite visits from San Ysidro to Oceanside, and as far east as Alpine.

Standard Services Rate:

Our hourly rate is for work performed on a non-emergency basis during our Normal Business Hours (8:30am to 5:30pm – min. one hour).

Emergency Rate:

If you need us to perform work the same day you request our help, our hourly rate will be at our Emergency Rate (min. one hour), for work performed during our Normal Business Hours. Clients to whom we bill over $5,000.00 in services annually will be exempt from “Emergency” surcharges.

Scheduled Non-Business Hours Rate:

This rate is for work that needs to be performed outside of our Normal Business Hours on a non-emergency basis, including work which may have begun during our Normal Business Hours (min. one hour – subject to tech availability).

Emergency Non-Business Hours Rate:

If you require us to perform same-day emergency work outside of our Normal Business Hours, our rate will be at the Emergency Non-Business Rate (min. one hour).

Travel Time:

No travel time will be charged for service calls within 20 miles of our La Mesa office. For clients who are 20 to 49 miles driving distance from our office, we will charge ½ hour travel time at the prevailing rate for that visit. For clients more than 50 miles from our office, time will be billed from when we leave our office to when we finish at your location, effectively billing “half time” for the round-trip travel.

Phone Support:

Phone support totaling 15 minutes or more will be billed as applicable above, without the one-hour minimum. Isolated support calls for unique topics less than 15 minutes in length will not be billed. One hour minimum site fee does not apply.

Remote Support:

Remote support (established clients only) totaling 15 minutes or more will be billed as applicable above. One hour minimum site fee does not apply.

Contract Maintenance Service:

IMS offers contract and preventative maintenance plans. We schedule work hours each month to do maintenance to ensure that your computers, network, and servers are all in the best working condition. With contract IT service our technicians come on site to review all systems and make sure that your computing practices are working best for you. Our maintenance plans come with discounted rates for all of our labor and services. Each plan varies based upon your business needs.

Billing:

IMS bills for work on an hourly basis. There is a one-hour minimum site visit fee except as noted. All time is billed to the nearest quarter hour thereafter. Payment for services rendered is due upon demand except where an account has been established. We accept all major credit cards. IMS is an environmentally conscious company and strives to be paperless. We email all invoices directly to you but can provide a paper copy if requested.

Important Note: While we always strive to do the best work possible to the satisfaction of our clients, it should be understood that we bill for our time, not for a particular result. If you are unhappy with the service we are providing, you should inform us as soon as possible so that we may address your concerns before a significant amount of billable time accumulates.
